Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Lead Pair IQ, a lead-buying service operated by Continuum Automations, LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. Buying leads is also covered by our Lead Buyer Terms.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you sign up. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

Using the service

Use leads only to contact homeowners about the services they asked for, and follow all laws that apply to you, including telemarketing, texting and consumer-protection laws.
Don't resell, share or publish leads, and don't try to get around limits, security or billing.
Keep your business information, service area and contact details accurate.

Payments

You fund a prepaid wallet by card, processed by Stripe. Leads are charged to the wallet as they're delivered. If you turn on auto-recharge, you authorize us to charge your saved card for the amount you set when your balance is low. Wallet terms, lead pricing and credits are described in the Lead Buyer Terms.

Ending your account

You can pause or stop at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. Questions about remaining wallet balances when an account closes are handled under the Lead Buyer Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

We work to deliver accurate, checked leads, but we can't guarantee that any lead becomes a job. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in your portal before it takes effect.
